Pricing structure

• We accept all major credit cards (please note no surcharge) also accepting Cabcharge (10% surcharge)
• Phone calls answered from 5:00AM to 11:00PM any trip out side these hours need to be pre booked
• 20% surcharge applies for pick ups between 10:30PM and 5:00AM.
• Parking fee applies for all airport pick ups ($5.00 min)
• Meet and greet service $10.00 if required
• A $15.00 surcharge applies for international terminal pick up for the first 60 minutes of waiting (from 20 minutes after the flight lands). Further waiting will result in an extra charge based on the hourly rate.
• the driver will be in the terminal 20 minutes after the ETA (international) or 5 minutes (domestic)
• out of area jobs attract a surcharge off $1.00 per kilometer back to boundaries
• $20 or 20% surcharge applies for the Lexus GS450h if requested
• Tollroad and Harbour Bridge(each way) fees apply  ($5.00 min)
• Cancellation fees (minimum fare + waiting times apply after cars dispached
• Any diversions from a direct transfer will result in an additional charge ($10.00 per pick up)
• $15.00 surcharge applies for baby seat (if we supply)
• Waiting time past the requested booked time will be charged at $20.00 per 15 minute segments. (eg. 20 minutes will be charged $40.00)….(airport pick-ups excluded)
• minimum fee $60.00 up to 20K or 25 Mins
• off peak discount $50.00 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM (local personal travel only)
• longer hires or out of area trips will be quoted; call 1300 326 546
• Bookings during Sping carnival and other special events such as Christmas Day, New Years Eve and trips to Homebush may incur a surcharge ($40.00)
• any clean up of the car will attract a minimum of $50.00 surcharge
• if the ecolimo experience does not meet with your expectations the next trip will be free of charge
